To strengthen our cross-location management team, we are looking for a dual student (B.A.) Online Marketing / Marketing Management (m/f/d) for the Modern Wellness and Longevity Spa division as soon as possible.

CRYOPOINT is Europe’s market leader. In 2018, we opened our first studio in Hamburg. Expansion via franchise licenses began in 2019. With around 20 locations and 500,000 longevity applications now completed, we are still a long way from reaching our goal. Our growth targets are ambitious: our vision is to be by far the most attractive biohacking health brand in German-speaking Europe. For the coming milestones, we are looking for passionate, health enthusiasts and dynamic people with a genuine entrepreneurial spirit who are keen to actively help shape our success story with a high degree of personal responsibility.

Together with the marketing team, our new dual student (B.A.) Online Marketing / Marketing Management is responsible for designing the corporate identity and regional advertising measures at the local sites. Due to our dynamic growth, we are looking for a dual student (m/f/d) to join our team in Hamburg (and remotely) with immediate effect, starting in fall 2023. in the B. A. Online Marketing & Marketing Management in cooperation with the IST-Hochschule für Management.

Your daily business

• Fully-fledged, part-time Bachelor’s degree program at the IST University of Applied Sciences for Management in Berlin (or other suitable location)
• Supporting the marketing team, especially in the areas of online and performance marketing, but also in related areas of work
• Support for content management in the area of social media
• Collaboration on the digitalization of internal company processes
• Identification, preparation and implementation of own projects in the area of marketing
• Active involvement in day-to-day business

Your skills

• You have a high school diploma or an equivalent school-leaving qualification with a university entrance qualification.
• You are solution-oriented, responsible and proactive.
• You are interested in online marketing, social media and marketing in general
• Careful, structured and independent work is a matter of course for you.
• Analytical thinking and a quick understanding of complex relationships are among your strengths.
• You are characterized by mental flexibility, an appropriate willingness to take risks and a constant desire to learn.
• You have strong communication skills and can explain complex topics clearly.
