A zone is a selected, rectangular problem area on one of these parts of the body. Below you will find some examples so that you know whether you want to book one or more zones and the Cryoshaper can work optimally for you:

For an even result, we recommend booking two zones for problem areas on the legs, arms, chest, buttocks and hips. For example, if you want to make the back of your thighs firmer and slimmer, you will need two zones to shape the backs of both thighs. If you want to tone your bottom, ideally book two zones to shape both halves of your bottom.
