Management Assistant (m/f/d)
In order to strengthen our cross-location management team, we are looking for a Management Assistant (m/f/d) for the Modern Wellness and Longevity Spa division as soon as possible.
CRYOPOINT is Europe’s market leader. In 2018, we opened our first studio in Hamburg. Expansion via franchise licenses began in 2019. With around 20 locations and 500,000 longevity applications now completed, we are still a long way from reaching our goal. Our growth targets are ambitious: our vision is to be by far the most attractive biohacking health brand in German-speaking Europe. For the coming milestones, we are looking for passionate, health enthusiasts and dynamic people with a genuine entrepreneurial spirit who are keen to actively help shape our success story with a high degree of personal responsibility.
Our new management assistant will support the managing directors in their tasks. This means that they make preparations for business decisions, maintain contacts with business partners or important customers and take on coordinating or organizational tasks themselves.

- Customer care
- Accounting tasks
- Coordinate appointments
- Dealing with general telephone and written correspondence
- Organization, preparation and follow-up of meetings
- Filing and digitization of documents
- Master data maintenance
- Preparation of statistics based on electronic data and documents
- Maintaining contact with financial institutionsOther administrative activities to support day-to-day operations
Your skills
- You are communicative, a sales professional or career changer and have a desire to hunt, have 1-2 years of experience in sales and customer acquisition
- You are confident on the phone and bring a lot of personality, loyalty and joy with you
- You are success-oriented, challenges motivate you (a “no” gets you in top form) and you like to celebrate personal successes
- You are quick-witted and have a friendly voice, a commercial education and experience in franchising are an advantage.
