September 2025)\r\n\r\n1. Allgemeines\r\n1.1 Geltungsbereich\r\nDies sind die allgemeinen Gesch\u00e4ftsbedingungen der Cryopoint Franchise GmbH sowie\r\nder einzelnen Cryopoint Standorte in der DACH-Region, welche durch die selbst\u00e4ndigen\r\nFranchisenehmer betrieben werden, nachfolgend Cryopoint genannt. Alle von Cryopoint\r\ngeschlossenen Vertr\u00e4ge unterliegen den nachfolgenden Gesch\u00e4ftsbedingungen.\r\nSollte der Kunde Unternehmer im Sinne des \u00a7 14 BGB sein, finden die vom Kunden\r\ngestellten Gesch\u00e4ftsbedingungen keine Anwendung, auch wenn Cryopoint ihrer Geltung\r\nnicht ausdr\u00fccklich widerspricht. Deviations only apply if Cryopoint confirms them in writing\r\n.\r\n1.2 User account\r\nIn order to use the functions of the website www.cryopoint.com, the mobile app and the\r\nappointment booking tool, you must create a user account for our\r\nbooking system MySports and\/or Shore.\r\nYou can access the respective booking platform via the login on our website\r\nwww.cryopoint.com at the respective subpage of the location or via our app\r\n“Cryopoint”. The use of a third-party user account is not permitted. You are obliged to keep<\/x>your access data secret and to inform Cryopoint immediately of any unauthorized access<\/x>or misuse. Cryopoint shall not be liable for any loss of data due to a cause within<\/x>your sphere of responsibility. In the event of a security breach or<\/x>unauthorized use of your account, you should inform Cryopoint immediately.<\/x>The appointment booking platform is operated by Shore GmbH and Magicline<\/x>GmbH respectively. Both partner companies are independent of Cryopoint\r\ncompanies. The use of the respective platforms is subject to their own\r\nterms and conditions. The general terms and conditions of Shore GmbH\r\ncan be found at https:\/\/www.shore.com\/de\/rechtliches\/. The general\r\nterms and conditions of Magicline GmbH can be found at\r\nhttps:\/\/public.sportalliance.com\/magicline\/de\/gtc\/magicline-de-gtc-20211206.pdf\r\n.\r\nPlease check your entries for\r\ncorrectness and completeness before submitting your data to Cryopoint. Please inform Cryopoint immediately of any changes to your data\r\n. Cryopoint reserves the right to close your user account in justified\r\ncases\r\nand to withhold the services offered to you. This applies\r\nin particular in the event that you violate applicable law, your contractual\r\nagreement with Cryopoint or Cryopoint’s house rules.\r\n1.3 Booking system, usage rules, waiting list and\r\nhouse rules\r\nYou can use your user account to book the offers at the Cryopoint\r\nlocations. A visit is only possible during the normal opening hours of the respective\r\n1 location or after individual consultation. All recharge, wellness and cryo offers are available for booking at<\/x>. Section 1.6 applies to the\r\navailability of the offers.\r\nBooked offers cannot be transferred to third parties. Purchased card allotments and offers cannot be shared and are personalized. Cryopoint may allow exceptions in\r\nindividual cases. This applies in particular to contingents booked by<\/x>companies for use by their employees. The decision on the\r\napproval of an exception is at the sole discretion of Cryopoint. There is no legal entitlement to\r\n.\r\nIn the event that an application is already fully booked, you have the\r\noption of registering on the\r\nwaiting list after contacting the respective location by telephone. If a date becomes available for the desired<\/x>application, you will be moved up to the desired course place. Cryopoint will inform you\r\nby e-mail or telephone that you have been moved up. To do this, you must have agreed to receive emails from Cryopoint<\/x>in your<\/x>account on the booking platform. With the notification, your appointment booking for this\r\napplication becomes binding. In this case, the provisions of section 1 apply in the same way as\r\nin the case of a regular booking.\r\nCryopoint’s house rules are part of the terms and conditions and apply in all\r\npremises of Cryopoint. Participants are obliged to comply with the provisions of Cryopoint’s\r\nhouse rules.\r\n1.4 Cancellation\r\nCancellation is only possible up to 24 hours before the event at the latest.\r\nIn the event of later cancellation or no-show, the full price or contingent\r\nwill be charged. Cryopoint reserves the right to charge a\r\ncancellation fee in the event of a late cancellation. If you do not show up for a booked appointment, the\r\nappointment or the contingent will still be deducted from your member account or the respective 3\/\r\n5\/10 card and charged. A refund is excluded.\r\nIf you cancel a booked appointment during participation, the\r\nappointment or the quota will still be deducted from your member account or the respective\r\n3\/5\/10 card and charged. Reimbursement is excluded.1.11\r\nLimitation of liability\r\nCryopoint is liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body and\r\nhealth as well as in the case of intentional or grossly negligent behavior.\r\nIn the event of slight negligence, Cryopoint is only liable in the event of a breach of essential\r\ncontractual obligations (“cardinal obligations”) and limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract,\r\n.\r\nCryopoint accepts no liability for valuables brought into the shop, except in the case of intent or\r\ngross negligence. Customers are expressly advised not to leave any\r\nvaluables on the premises.\r\n1.5 Start of appointment\r\nCustomers with an appointment are obliged to arrive at the store in good time, at least 5 minutes before\r\nthe start of the booked appointment. In the event of a late arrival\r\n, Cryopoint reserves the right to assign your appointment to another customer at\r\nand to charge your quota.\r\nCustomers who have booked an appointment for a treatment at Cryopoint for the first time\r\nare obliged to arrive at the store at least 10 minutes before the start of the treatment.\r\nThe staff will give you the necessary introduction and explanation of the treatment procedure at\r\nbefore the start. It is not possible to carry out the application at a first appointment\r\nwithout prior instruction and explanation. Otherwise, paragraph 1\r\napplies accordingly.\r\n1.6 Availability\r\nThe available offers may vary depending on the location. There is no\r\nlegal claim to the availability of a specific offer at a\r\nlocation other than the one shown or at a time other than the one shown at\r\n.\r\nFor the availability and prices of offers at your location, please refer to\r\nthe respective booking system or the price overview displayed on the\r\nwebsite or in the local store.\r\nCryopoint reserves the right to cancel appointments at short notice and to change times and\/or\r\ntrainers. Customers will be informed of the cancellation either by telephone or e-mail in good time before the scheduled start of the<\/x>appointment. In the event of\r\na cancellation, a refund will be made.\r\nCryopoint reserves the right to close individual stores on all public holidays and on\r\nup to 20 days a year due to renovation work or other\r\nurgent operational requirements. In addition,\r\nCryopoint reserves the right to close the stores between December 24th and January 2nd of the following year\r\nas well as to carry out short-term closures of a maximum of 5 working days\r\nat a time. In the event of closure, the dates will be announced in advance by\r\non the notice board and\/or by email.\r\nAny refunds due to closure are excluded. If an\r\nbooked offer with a limited validity period is affected by the closure\r\n, the validity period of the offer will be extended by the\r\nnumber of days on which the locations would have been open within the\r\nvalidity period without the closure.\r\nCryopoint will always try to provide you with the services offered.\r\nHowever, Cryopoint cannot guarantee that the services will be available at all times.\r\nIn the event of a disruption to the Internet services and in the event of maintenance work,\r\nrepairs or the introduction of new services, short-term outages\r\nare possible. In this case, no legal claim can be made against Cryopoint. Cryopoint\r\ntries to keep the duration of temporary interruptions and restrictions to a minimum\r\n2. Special features when booking application offers.<\/x>1.7 Photography and filming<\/x>Filming or photography for commercial purposes is not permitted<\/x>within the premises of Cryopoint. This applies without restriction<\/x>at all Cryopoint locations. Cryopoint may grant you permission to make recordings after prior request in individual cases<\/x>.<\/x>Cryopoint attaches great importance to the privacy and well-being of our customers and<\/x>employees. We therefore kindly ask you to refrain from taking photographs and filming for private\r\npurposes on our premises if this could violate the rights and\r\nprivacy of other persons.\r\nWe would like to point out that secretly photographing or filming\r\npersons without their express consent is illegal in many countries and\r\nlegal systems. Cryopoint assumes no liability for\r\nviolations of personal rights, data protection or other legal\r\nprovisions in connection with photo and film recordings that violate these\r\nGTC. Cryopoint reserves the right to take legal action in the event of the unlawful taking of photographs or<\/x>film recordings.<\/x>1.8 Copyright<\/x>The content, logos, graphics, works<\/x>etc. contained on the Cryopoint websites are subject to German copyright law. The reproduction, editing,\r\ndistribution and any kind of utilization outside the limits of copyright law\r\nrequire the written consent of Cryopoint. Downloads and copies\r\nof this site are only permitted for private, non-commercial use.\r\nCryopoint respects the copyrights of third parties. If content on the websites of\r\nCryopoint infringes the rights of third parties, Cryopoint will remove this content immediately at the request of the\r\nauthorized party.\r\n1.9 Third-party websites\r\nThe websites operated by Cryopoint may contain links to third-party websites\r\n. These are not under the control of Cryopoint. These are not under the control of Cryopoint. Cryopoint accepts no responsibility for the content of third-party websites<\/x>. At the time<\/x>links were created, Cryopoint checked the external websites for possible legal violations<\/x>. However, it is not possible for Cryopoint\r\nto constantly check external websites, so that no liability can be accepted for subsequent changes\r\n. Should Cryopoint become aware of any legal infringements on linked third-party websites\r\n, Cryopoint will remove the links from its websites immediately.\r\n1.10 Minority of participants\r\nCryopoint’s offers are aimed at customers of legal age. If you have not yet reached the age of 18\r\n, you are not permitted to book offers from\r\nCryopoint. Cryopoint may permit use in individual cases prior to the age of majority at\r\n, provided that the written consent of a\r\nlegal guardian has been obtained and the underage customer is accompanied by a\r\nlegal guardian. Permission is at the sole<\/x>discretion of Cryopoint and may be refused.<\/x>1.11 Limitation of liability<\/x>Cryopoint is not liable for any damages suffered by customers. This does not apply to liability for\r\nbreach of an essential contractual obligation and for liability for\r\ndamage to the participant due to injury to life, body and\r\nhealth, as well as for damage due to an intentional or grossly negligent\r\nbreach of duty by Cryopoint, its legal representatives or\r\nvicarious agents. Essential contractual obligations are those whose fulfillment makes the\r\nproper execution of the contract possible in the first place and on\r\nwhose observance the contractual partner may regularly rely. An essential\r\ncontractual obligation of Cryopoint is in particular, but not exclusively, the\r\ncontinuous provision of different applications.\r\nCryopoint is also not liable for damages caused by the\r\nparticipant’s own fault. This does not apply if Cryopoint, its legal\r\nrepresentatives or vicarious agents are partly at fault.\r\nCryopoint is not liable for damage to or loss of items brought in.\r\nThis does not apply to damage caused by an intentional or grossly negligent\r\nbreach of duty by Cryopoint, its legal representatives or\r\nvicarious agents.\r\nThe storage of items in the application rooms is at the participant’s own\r\nrisk. Cryopoint strongly advises against bringing cash or valuables into the\r\npremises of Cryopoint or storing them in the\r\nchanging rooms provided. Cryopoint is not liable for the loss of or damage\r\nto valuables or cash stored by customers in the changing rooms\r\nor otherwise brought into the premises of Cryopoint.\r\nThis does not apply to damages due to an intentional or grossly negligent\r\nbreach of duty by Cryopoint, its legal representatives or\r\nvicarious agents. Cryopoint offers the possibility of depositing valuables at the reception<\/x>.<\/x>2Special features when booking treatment offers<\/x>2.1 Offer and conclusion of contract<\/x>Cryopoint offers various offers for booking.<\/x>In our stores you have the opportunity to take advantage of various beauty and wellness offers. In the “ice box” you have the opportunity to book a<\/x>full-body cold treatment in our cryochamber.<\/x>The presentation on the Cryopoint website and the Magicline<\/x>or Shore booking system of services and products does not constitute a binding<\/x>offer. By making a booking or clicking on “Book now”, you are making a binding\r\nappointment booking. The contract is only concluded when Cryopoint\r\naccepts this request and confirms this to you in an e-mail. Cryopoint reserves<\/x>the right to refuse acceptance for an important reason.<\/x>An important reason is in particular the prior violation of the house rules,<\/x>other legal violations and the booking party’s minority.<\/x>2.2 Payment<\/x>Depending on the location, payment is made in cash, by EC\/credit card or online via the<\/x>platforms Magicline or Shore. There is no entitlement to certain payment methods<\/x>. Magicline and Shore provide various payment options (e.g.<\/x>credit card, direct debit).<\/x>The monthly amount for memberships is charged and collected on the first day of each subsequent month in accordance with the<\/x>direct debit authorization issued, irrespective of the date on which the<\/x>contract is concluded (e.g.: contract concluded on the 15th<\/x>of a month, collection in subsequent months on the 1st).<\/x>Cash payment in our stores may be possible depending on the location. Payment by EC card may be possible in\r\nyour store. The availability of EC card payment may vary depending on the location. Please inform me\r\nin advance about the payment options at your location.\r\nThere is no entitlement to use a payment method other than the one available at\r\nat your location.\r\nIn the event of a failed payment, in particular but not exclusively\r\ndue to insufficient funds in the account, Cryopoint reserves the right to claim damages incurred\r\n.\r\n2.3 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL\r\nIf you are a consumer, you have a right of withdrawal when concluding a contract via the\r\nwebsite or on site at Cryopoint in accordance with the statutory provisions\r\n.\r\nYou are a consumer if you are a natural person and conclude the contract with\r\nCryopoint for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial activity or\r\nyour independent professional activity.\r\nYou will be informed about your right of withdrawal below:\r\nCancellation policy\r\nYou have the right to withdraw from this\r\ncontract within fourteen days without giving any reason.\r\nThe withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract\r\nwas concluded.\r\nTo exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Cryopoint of your decision to withdraw from\r\nthis contract by means of a clear\r\ndeclaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form at the end of the GTC (Appendix 1a for booked<\/x>services), but this is not mandatory.<\/x>To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the<\/x>exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.<\/x>Consequences of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments,<\/x>which we have received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from<\/x>the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract at<\/x>. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment,\r\nthat you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you\r\n; in no case will you be charged any fees for\r\nthis repayment. If appointments or applications\r\nhave already been used, these will be deducted pro rata from the amount originally paid\r\n.\r\nEnd of cancellation policy\r\n2.4 Automatic contract renewal\r\nMemberships are automatically renewed after the minimum term has expired, unless\r\nis terminated with a notice period of 4 weeks to the end of the month.\r\nContracts purchased online or in the studio must be confirmed either by a digital\r\nsignature or by actively confirming the GTCs and the contractual terms and conditions\r\n. The link to this form will be sent by email to\r\nafter purchase.\r\nMembership quotas are non-transferable and can only be used by one\r\nperson and therefore cannot be shared with other people.\r\nThe monthly membership fee is due on the 1st of each month and\r\nis debited from the payment method on file.\r\nLate cancellations will be deducted from the quotas. Unused\r\nquotas cannot be carried over to the following months.\r\nExceptions for medical reasons after consultation and presentation of a\r\ncertificate.\r\n2.5 Cancellation by the member\r\nAll memberships offered can be cancelled on a monthly basis after the minimum term of\r\none month has expired. Memberships must be terminated no later than four<\/x>weeks before the end of the following month.<\/x>You are entitled to extraordinary termination for good cause.<\/x>Good cause includes in particular:<\/x>The occurrence of pregnancy. In this case, the termination must be accompanied by a medical<\/x>certificate from an appropriate specialist.<\/x>In the event of an illness that would make the continued use of our<\/x>services impossible or harmful. In this case, the notice of termination must be accompanied by a\r\nmedical certificate from an appropriate specialist certifying the inability to play sport\r\n. It is not necessary to specify the illness or the underlying\r\ncircumstance. If the use of individual, not<\/x>completely insignificant parts (e.g. course offers or individual<\/x>device groups) remains possible, extraordinary termination is not permitted.<\/x>If the main place of residence is moved to a location more than 50 km away from the nearest<\/x>Cryopoint store. In this case, a\r\nregistration certificate from the competent authority must be enclosed with the notice of termination.\r\nIf a Cryopoint store is closed or relocated, if the\r\nnearest Cryopoint store is then at least 30 km further away from your main residence\r\nthan the closed or relocated Cryopoint studio. Your notice of termination\r\nmust be received by Cryopoint in text form.\r\nNotices of termination of membership must be submitted exclusively in text form (by e-mail or\r\nby post) to the relevant Cryopoint location.\r\nThis\r\nonly becomes legally effective upon receipt of the notice of termination at the relevant location. Cancellations sent to other locations or via other\r\ncommunication channels (e.g. by telephone, in person, via social media) cannot be taken into account\r\n. A paused contract is considered inactive and cannot be terminated in the month of the\r\npause. \r\n2.6 Termination by Cryopoint\r\nIf you are in arrears with the payment of a fee corresponding to two monthly fees\r\n, Cryopoint reserves the right to terminate the contract without notice.\r\nIn the event of a repeated breach of the house rules, Cryopoint\r\nreserves the right to terminate the contract without notice.\r\nTermination for other good cause remains unaffected by this.\r\nIn the event of termination for good cause, Cryopoint expressly reserves the right to assert\r\nfurther claims for damages in accordance with the statutory provisions\r\n.\r\n3. special features when purchasing goods (merchandise and\r\nother products)\r\n3.1 Warranty\r\nFor contracts with entrepreneurs, the warranty period is 12 months. A\r\nright of return exists exclusively for consumers (\u00a7 13 BGB).\r\nThe statutory\r\nwarranty period of two years from delivery of the goods applies.\r\nIf the customer is an entrepreneur within the meaning of \u00a7 14 BGB, the following additional provisions apply:\r\nThe warranty period is one year from delivery or, if acceptance\r\nis required, from acceptance. This does not apply to claims for damages\r\ndue to injury to life, body and health, as well as for damages\r\ndue to an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by\r\nCryopoint, its legal representatives or vicarious agents.\r\nGoods delivered by Cryopoint must be inspected immediately after delivery to\r\n. With regard to obvious or other defects that would have been recognizable during an\r\nimmediate and careful inspection, the\r\ngoods shall be deemed approved unless Cryopoint has received a notice of defects within a maximum of 7 working days from the delivery of the goods to\r\n. If a defect that\r\nwas not recognizable during a careful inspection becomes apparent later, the goods shall be deemed\r\napproved, unless Cryopoint receives a notice of defect within 7 working days of the\r\ndefect becoming recognizable. If the defect would have been recognizable at an earlier time under normal\r\nuse, this\r\ntime is decisive for the start of the 7-day complaint period.\r\nAt the request of Cryopoint, rejected goods must be sent carriage paid to\r\nCryopoint for inspection. In the event of a justified complaint, Cryopoint will reimburse the\r\ncosts of the cheapest shipping route.\r\nIf the Buyer has modified the goods himself or through\r\nthe involvement of third parties without the consent of Cryopoint, the Buyer shall bear the additional costs of\r\nrectification of defects if costs exceeding the usual\r\nrectification costs have been incurred as a result of the modification. If\r\nrectification of defects is impossible or\r\nunreasonably difficult as a result of a change to the goods, the warranty shall not apply.\r\nIn the case of an agreement on the delivery of goods as “used”, any\r\nwarranty rights for material defects are excluded.\r\n3.2 Right of return\r\nFor products purchased in the stores or in the online store, Cryopoint\r\ngrants you a right of return within a\r\nperiod of 14 days from the date of purchase in addition to the statutory provisions. In the event of a return,\r\nCryopoint will refund the purchase price paid. This only applies on condition that\r\nproduct is still in its original condition, i.e. in its original packaging and undamaged.\r\nCryopoint reserves the right to inspect the product for loss of value before\r\ntaking it back and to refuse to take it back in the event of\r\nloss of value for which the customer is responsible. Products purchased in a local store\r\ncan only be returned to the respective location\r\n. A transferability of the right of return to other locations is\r\nexcluded. For refunds, Cryopoint will use the means of payment that was used for the\r\npurchase.\r\n4. Special features in connection with the “cold” offer\r\n4.1 Application requirements\r\nParticipants in the Cryo application are obliged to consult their treating physician before using\r\nin order to rule out possible\r\nhealth risks. In particular, inform your doctor of the\r\npossibility of health reasons for exclusion. You can find this\r\nbelow under point 4.2.\r\nBefore participating in a cryo application, the participant is obliged to complete the\r\nCryo-Kammer consensus declaration or the medical history form truthfully\r\n. Only by providing complete and truthful information can\r\npossible risks to your health or contraindications be ruled out\r\n. When using the cryo-chamber, the use of eye protection, i.e. the\r\nwearing of gloves, mouth and ear protection and the wearing of socks\r\nand sturdy footwear is mandatory. It is recommended that you also wear swimwear or underwear during the cryo application.\r\nJewelry, h, glasses and contact lenses must be removed before use\r\n. Weak, elderly or disabled persons and persons with sensory or\r\nperceptual disorders (e.g. impaired vision or hearing, impaired temperature perception)\r\nmay only enter the cryo chamber when accompanied by support staff. Before, during and\r\nafter the cryo application, it is essential to follow the instructions of our employees\r\nin order to avoid health risks.\r\n4.2 Health preconditions for use\r\nUse is not permitted in the following cases: untreated high blood pressure, heart attack in the\r\nlast 6 months, advanced stage of arterial occlusive disease,\r\ncryoglobulinemia, pregnancy, epilepsy, acute infectious diseases and open\r\nwounds.\r\n4.3 Availability\r\nThe availability of cold offers may vary depending on the location.\r\nPlease find out about availability at your Cryopoint location.\r\nOtherwise, section 1.6 applies to availability.\r\n4.4 Note on the HWG (Heilmittelwerbegesetz)\r\nCryopoint expressly makes no promise of a cure. The applications serve\r\nexclusively for general well-being and do not replace medical advice,\r\nexamination or treatment.\r\nThe effects of whole-body cold treatments are assessed differently according to the current state of science. Cryopoint believes\r\nin the effect of the Cryo application and offers it to its customers for this reason.\r\nFor legal reasons, Cryopoint points out that the offer of the Cryo application does not constitute a promise of cure. Cryopoint does not guarantee or promise any\r\nimprovement of the physical condition or a cure or improvement of an existing illness of the\r\nparticipant as a result of the Cryo application.\r\nThe information on the Cryopoint website does not constitute medical advice,\r\nexamination or diagnosis. Before taking part in a cryo treatment\r\n, you should consult your doctor to rule out any possible risks and\r\ncontraindications.\r\n4.5 Note on temperature specifications for the cold treatments\r\nAll temperature specifications for the individual cold treatments, such as the “ice box”\r\n(cold chamber), the Cryospot and the Cryoshaper, are temperature ranges specified by the respective\r\ndevice manufacturer in which the devices\r\noperate. This means that the cold chamber can have a\r\n“cooling capacity” of up to -110\u00b0C in a closed system. Due to the regular door openings when customers enter and exit, a temperature loss cannot\r\nbe avoided. As a result, the temperature specifications do not refer to the\r\npermanent temperature inside and deviations may be expected in the\r\napplications. The Cryospot or the open nitrogen cabin\r\nalso achieve a cooling capacity of up to -150\u00b0C. The temperature ranges specified by the\r\nCryoshaper do not refer to the skin temperature generated, but to the cold\/\r\nheat output at the applicator handpiece.\r\nThe individual perception of cold depends on the respective physical condition,\r\nin particular the body temperature, and can therefore vary from person to person\r\n. Differences in the subjective perception of temperature\r\ndo not constitute a defect in performance. Temperature deviations due to external\r\ninfluences, technical limitations or subjective perception do not justify any\r\nclaims for reduction, withdrawal or compensation.\r\n5. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction\r\nFor consumers, the statutory place of jurisdiction applies. For entrepreneurs, the exclusive\r\nplace of jurisdiction is the registered office of Cryopoint Franchise GmbH.\r\nThe law of the Federal Republic of\r\nGermany applies to all contracts concluded with Cryopoint. The application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded.\r\nIf the buyer is a consumer and at the time of the order has his\r\nusual place of residence in a country other than the Federal Republic of\r\nGermany, mandatory legal provisions of this country remain unaffected by the choice of law made at\r\n.\r\nIf the buyer is an entrepreneur and at the time of the order has his registered office in\r\nGermany, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the seller.\r\nIn all other respects, the statutory\r\nprovisions applicable to jurisdiction apply.\r\n6Subject to change\r\nCryopoint reserves the right to change its general terms and conditions for important\r\nreasons.
